How can I get rid of scars without buying some kind of product?

I have these two scars and there only a few moths old, theres not that big but stand out and are are slightly indented in the skin. I want them to go away or at least be less noticable in about a week or asap! Is there anything I can do to help them dissappear without buying some product?
