I am trying to blend some scars to my face to look real but i still keep getting the outline arond them. How can I properly blend them? What do I need?|||I use nose putty to build them (not preformed latex scars). I choose the correct skin tone. I always dust my fingers with powder so it won%26#039;t stick as I work. Once you have the scar, rub along the edges and it will blend. Then makeup over the whole thing with your skin tone.
If you must use the preformed scars, then you can use putty around the outline to make the blend better. Otherwise use the back of your fingernail to get a larger bit of greasepaint and sort of build up around the edge. then you blend and smooth the makeup. Be sure to use powder set after.

How can I treat acne scars n spots left behind from acne?
I am 23 and my acne has slowed down, I do ocassionally get one or two ance spot but I am glad it has decreased. However, now I am looking in mirror n hoping that there is some product that could take away the scars n spots. I don%26#039;t know if it helps to answer my question, I have a brown complexion. What is a product that is good for diminishing the look of scars?
I have tried Mederma, Prefer-On, and even old-fashioned liquid Vitamen E but neither of them seem to have worked. Is there anything else that could possibly work over time?|||Mederma, Aloe vera. and Bio oil are what I have had the best luck with but nothing is going to work overnight you have to give the products some time to work. Ive been using the open pill and was wondering how long it would take to see results on my acne and burn scars?|||It can take weeks, maybe even months. Try a microdermabrasion treatment. If that%26#039;s too expensive, St. Ive%26#039;s sells one in a tube. It comes in a light turquoise tube and says microdermabrasion. It%26#039;s pretty new but I find it works well. I%26#039;ve been using it over a month now. It costs about $6. You can get it at Target, Wal-Mart, and any drug store I%26#039;m sure. St. Ive%26#039;s is a good brand and it is VERY inexpensive!!!!

I slipped up last week after six months without cutting, and now have a pattern of fresh scars on the top of my left wrist. I have a karate session this weekend, so does anyone have any ideas of how to hide them?

I used to be a cutter, and I have a bunch of scars on my arms and legs. They are embarrassing and it%26#039;s pretty obvious what they are from... I have scars on my legs and I was wondering what i can do to make them go away or at least less noticeable. And for the stretch marks, will exercising make them less noticeable? How long does it take for Mederma to show improvement on scars?
I have scars from scratching mosquito bite and what not and i was just wondering how long it takes for mederma to begin to show visible effects on these types of scars. What gets rid of Older acne scars on my face?
I used to pick big holes in my face from acne and now have red scars all over my face. I don%26#039;t do it anymore and my face is clear now, but I really want to get rid of the scarring. Well anything that has vitamin A, C, E is going to help in your acne scars. Depending on how light or deep your scars are, lemons or any other citrus fruits like oranges can help you lighten and probably remove acne scars.
As I am typing this, I am currently using a vitamin patch on my scars. Used it for a few days now and am seeing great results, just like lemons.
One thing though, if you decide to use lemons on your scars, the acidic property of the lemons might cause irritations. If your skin gets irritated, stop using it immediately.
The Lemon Mask
Squeeze the juice of the lemon out into any container. Wipe the lemon essence on your skin evenly and relax for 15 minutes before rinsing your face with clean water.
The Aloe Mask
My sister has been using aloe vera for acne scars removal and the results has also been great! If you have a home garden, I recommend you go plant some aloe plants. Cut the aloe in half and extract the flesh.
Using the flesh of the plant, apply it evenly on your skin, leave for 30 minutes and relax. Because unlike lemon essence, aloe vera is not wholly in liquid form. So it might take a longer period of time for your skin to absorb the nutrients.
By the way, how would you describe the scars of your skin? on a scale of 1-10...

What does everyone find most effective for ridding oneself of nasty scars?
I have several nasty brown scars in my stomach adn hips from an accident several months ago. My daughter recently got 11 stitches on her forehead, but they were taken out last week, leaving a nasty scar.
