How do you treat skin scars left by hot oil during cooking?

The skin appears to have dark brown spots after the oil splash. Is it possible to treat it with laser or are there any other better methods?|||a good hand cream used on a regular basis will remove brown burn scar marks as well liver spots no 7 is the best i have found it also helps nails growth and leaves hand feeling lovely|||put some maderma on it...you can find it at the drug store
